ALL orders outside of the United States must select the "USPS International" Shipping method ($29.99) and send their device on their own accord.
How do you know what’s broken?
Check the LCD underneath the glass for all or part of the screen black, white, and can appear runny like a leaking fluid. When looking for signs of a damaged LCD display make sure to look with a very bright light with the screen on and off.
