I am a website customer, what is the best way to reach iRepairFast customer support?
You can reach us by chat on the bottom right of our website, in which you can chat real time with a repair tech about your repair or part order. You can get device repair quotes and request multiple repair discounts. Do you only repair what is listed?
We repair many devices that aren't currently listed! All you need to do is select the Custom Repairs/Android Repairs option in our menu or Click Here, fill out and submit the form provided. We will get back to you on the price for repair very quickly and you can decide whether to proceed or not!
Do you include a warranty with your repairs?
Definitely, all repairs done by iRepairFast include a 90-day parts and labor warranty, so if you have any issues directly related to the repair you received within 90 days of the repair we will service your device. We do not cover repairing cracked glass and or a broken LCD due to a customers secondary physical damage.
Do you include a warranty for the parts you sell?
Yes, all parts from iRepairFast include a 90-day warranty,we will cover any physical defects or defective parts. We dont however cover the part being damaged during a DIY repair.
I selected the mail in my phone option, now how do I send my phone to you?
Select a bubble wrap lined package or reinforced small box, make sure to only pack the device with no other contents (don’t include chargers or original box). Turn off your device and remove the battery, please pack the battery in the box seperately if possible.
Try and include your order number, and name so we can properly identify your device!

*Once we have completed the repair we will return the device to your address and provide you with a tracking number so you will have an estimated time of arrival for your device.
What should I send with my device when I ship it?
Just the device,battery, order number and name. Anything else will just increase the shipping weight therefore increasing the cost of shipping.
Do you need my passcode when I send my device?
No, but If the device is locked we cannot properly diagnose and test devices after completing the repair.
Do you buy used devices?
Yes we do, just select the "Cash for Phones" option from our menu and fill out the provided dialogue box. Try and send a picture of your device and be very specific about the description of the device you want to sell. We will respond back with a quote on what we will offer you for your device. If you choose to proceed with selling your device we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the transaction.
Is there a difference between Verizon, Sprint and AT&T iPhone and iPads?
Yes, there is a difference in the internal hardware of the Sprint/Verizon and AT&T devices! Make sure that you specify during the checkout process whether it’s a Verizon or AT&T device so we can properly identify your part.
Do you do repairs on white iPhone and iPads?
Yes we do, just select what color device that you have during the checkout process so we can properly identify your parts.
